A dedicated team to lead you to success
Our Customer Service department, created in 2021, is made up of 50 people who are devoted to the support and service provided to our partner manufacturers. Trained in the specificities of your windows and doors industry, our teams are organised into groups of three (Project Manager/Field Sales Manager/Customer Service Manager) with the support of our Technical Service department.
They provide you with a local, smooth and responsive service with the aim of making it simple to work with ELCIA!
